The Captain Who Doesn't Know Where He Wants To Go
No wind can help a ship without a route. Having a goal before starting exam preparation is the only power that will keep you at the desk in those difficult days.
Not Wherever My Score Is Enough...
The most common mistake is choosing a profession based on the score obtained. However, a profession is an activity you will do for a lifetime. Studying a department you don't like just because your score is high is building an unhappy future.
How to Set a Goal?
- Interests and Talents: Do you like numerical subjects or communicating with people? Do you have drawing skills or is your analytical intelligence dominant?
- Sector Research: Does the profession you want have a future? How are the job opportunities, working conditions?
- Plan B: Locking onto a single goal creates stress. Have plans B and C with similar features as alternatives to your goal.
As the guidance unit of Katalog Education Center, we organize "Career Introduction Days" for our students throughout the year and help them make the right choice.
